| For the purpose of constant improvement of effectiveness of activity of the company, for expansion of the market’s part, and taking into account the needs of interested parties, LLC “Kamaz-Trans-Service” inculcated and maintains in the working state the quality control system according to the international standard ISO 9001:2000 that applies to the process of retreading tyres for lorries and to the process of organization of international road haulage. The company also determined and declared the policy in the sphere of quality that is a basis of quality control system and is aimed at reaching the goals of quality. The company’s management includes side by side with other aspects the quality control. The use of quality control system allowed to ensure: realization of company goals; improvement of products’ and services’ quality; active solution of arising problems; averting the mistakes instead of their correction; transparency of processes at the company; meeting the demands of clients, partners, employees; creation of basis for success of the company in the future. Since 22th January, 2002 LLC “Kamaz-Trans-Service” effected introduction of the quality control system according to the international standard ISO-9001:2000 and authorized the certification body TUV Rheinland EUROPA TUV CERT (Hungary) to carry out the certification audit in order to determine whether the system meets all requirements of the standard as fulfilment of these requirements is the basis for giving the certification TUV CERT. The certification audit went off since 23th to 25th April, 2002. During the audit LLC “Kamaz-Trans-Service” gave all necessary proof that the quality control system embraces all spheres of activity, functions efficiently at the company, meets all requirements of the standard ISO 9001:2000 and guarantees service of clients of the company on a level with the European standards of quality. The LLC “Kamaz-Trans-Service” was given the certificate TUV CERT № 75.100.89.32. During carrying out the regular certification in June 2007, that was fulfilled by the firm "TUV Nord Ukraine" the effectuality of quality management system according to the international standard ISO 9001:2000 was confirmed. By results of the firm the certificate № 07 100 046252 was given out with the term of validity till 26. August, 2010. Availability of working quality control system for products and services, its recognition in the international organization TUV CERT by menas of certification is evidence of guarantee of stability of quality of services that are rendered by the company. The activity of the company is aimed at constant improvement of quality control system and this will enable to ensure further rise in standards of quality of products and services. |
