

| | Policy of QualityThe main mission of all directions of activities of LLC „Kamaz-Trans-Service“: - to favour the economic development and the promotion of goods of enterprises of our country to the European market and filling of the Ukrainian market with qualitative goods of foreign producers by means of rendering the qualitative service in the sphere of transports of loads in international communications;
- to prolong the terms of operation of lorries, to favour the development of motor transport business of Ukraine by means of rendering the qualitative service in the sphere of vehicle maintenance, forwarding and trade in spare parts.
Our enterprise strives for expansion of range of services which are rendered and bringing them to the highest level of quality. For this purpose the most modern technologies are studied and introduced in production, the highly skilled specialists are trained. All employees of LLC „Kamaz-Trans-Service“ realize that the confidence in services which are rendered by our enterprise means the confidence in everybody and in the work of the whole collective.
Therefore the principles are introduced at the enterprise:
- orientation to the customer: comprehension of present and future needs of customers, satisfaction of demands of customers and aspiration for exceeding expectations of the customer; unbiased, benevolent and equal attitude to all clients;
- leadership, systematic approach to management: meeting the undertaken commitments by management as regards the volumes and terms of production, maintaining the atmosphere of personnel’s responsibility for quality of work, of efficient performance of technical tasks, of standards of the enterprise and other normative documents;
- engaging the personnel: constant training and improvement of professional skill and satisfaction of expectations of employees of the enterprise; striving for full development of abilities of employees and use of these abilities with maximum good;
- process approach: enterprise recourses management as process with input and output data;
- constant improvement: constant perfection of enterprise processes by means of use of the most modern technologies, reflection of worked out processes and procedures in the documents for quality management system;
- approval of decisions on the basis of facts;
- relation for mutual benefit with suppliers: analyse and taking into account the needs of customers and suppliers of the enterprises.
The activity of LLC „Kamaz-Trans-Service“ is oriented to meeting the concrete demands of each partner with due regard for national, regional and other factors and peculiarities. We strive for clarity, mutual understanding and corrections in mutual relations with all interested parties (society, partners, customers, suppliers and employees). Goals in the Sphere of Quality External goals: - Improvement of the firm’s competitive advantage in the sphere of international transports, retreading the tyres and realization of spare parts by means of efficient use of the qualify management system and decrease in the number of reclamation of customers by 3%.
Service of international transports:
- satisfaction of increasing needs of customers by means of expansion of the fleet by 5% what should enable to increase the part of services’ market in the sphere of international road haulage.
- Further improvement of the efficient use of the existing fleet owing to increase of turnover of one lorry by 0.5% in comparison with 2008.
- Further expansion of geography of rendering services for international transports to Spain, Italy, Switzerland by means of search of customers and conclusion of contracts with enterprises of these countries.
- Favouring the integration of the country into European and world Community owing to increase of the part of customers – nonresidents of Ukraine according to the contracts concluded in 2009 till 35%.
- Maintaining the stabile relations with strategic partners, introduction of additional services and discounts system for the purpose of keeping relations for mutual benefit with customers and carriers. Decrease in the milage of lorries without load on the territory of Ukraine up to 8.8 %.
Production and technical centre:- Creation of the favourable conditions of carriers with respect to decrease of expenditures for maintenance and prolongation of operation period of transport means owing to increase of volumes of rendered qualitative services for sales of spare parts up to 420 000 UAH per month.
- Expansion of clients basis for vehicle service owing to bringing the services realization volumes to 520 man-hours per month.
- Improvement of favourable conditions for customers and employees owing to efficient work of the orders’ table, decrease of self-cost of products to be sold thanks to increase of volumes of deliveries directly from producers of spare parts.
- Decrease of quantity of rejected tyres to 2.8 %.
Bookkeeping and economic services:- Giving the timely full and truthful information concerning financing and economic activity of the enterprise for taking the management decisions.
- Constant search for reserves in making the expenditures of the enterprise optimum without detriment to services and production of our enterprise.
- Maintaining the strict discipline of settlements for received raw materials, other materials and services with the suppliers of the firm and control of timely receiving of money from customers for services and productions for the purpose of improvement of image of the reliable enterprise among partners.
Automated Management Systems:- Perfection of the existing software and electronic communications for the new needs of our enterprise in 2009.
- Improvement of qualification of employees of the enterprise concerning use of software and hardware.
Internal goals:- Introduction of world and home experience of international transports.
- Constant training and improvement of professional skill of employees, engaging the highly qualified specialists for work, satisfaction of expectations of employees of the company.
- Perfection of production processes and technologies that are used with the purpose of improvement of quality of the rendered services.
- Constant improvement of production conditions of work and social protection of personnel.
